Amazake is made with Miyama Nishiki sake rice from Nagano Prefecture, which has more than 40% of the surrounding rice shaved in pursuit of an elegant taste.
We added our own apple juice to make it even easier to drink.
 
The sweetness of amazake comes from glucose derived from rice, and the ingredients are only rice and water.
Additives such as sugar are not used at all.
It contains plenty of vitamin B, vitamin B2, folic acid, and glucose, and is said to be so nutritious that it is called a drinking IV.
 
Since it is non-alcoholic, it is recommended for a wide range of people, including children, pregnant women, and the elderly.
