Non-alcoholic Amazake

We use 100% Miyama Nishiki sake rice and polish it to 59%, which is the ginjo standard. The ones with fruits are blended with fruits from Shinshu Ueda.

​We also have amazake made with fermented lactic acid bacteria.

酒粕

酒粕は日本の伝統発酵食品として、驚きの健康効果を秘めています。ビタミンB群やアミノ酸など、栄養やうまみの宝庫でもあります。若林醸造の酒粕は、粕歩合が通常よりやや高いためしっとりとした贅沢な酒粕です。
