Four seasons​Amazake

The brewer's special amazake is made with Miyama Nishiki, the rice used for ginjo sake.

​In addition to plain, there are also versions with red perilla and apple juice added.

Amazake is an intravenous drip

It is highly nutritious and contains vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, folic acid, all essential amino acids, and a large amount of glucose, and the ingredients are said to be almost the same as intravenous drip.


It is often used as a sweetener in place of sugar in macrobiotic foods, and demand is increasing overseas.


Although it is written as ``alcohol'', this is a non-alcoholic drink. It can be enjoyed by a wide range of people, from children to the elderly.


Amazake made by SAKE Brewery

We prepare Amazake using all the sake rice purchased from contracted farmers. The rice polishing ratio is 59%, which is the Ginjo standard, resulting in a clean taste without any unpleasant tastes.

​Wakabayashi Brewing is available throughout the year.Because we manufacture Teamazake, we are able to deliver it relatively fresh.

​We would like to offer you a special item that can only be enjoyed at a liquor store throughout the season, which is delicious whether it is chilled or warmed.
