Pursuing an elegant taste without any unpleasant taste, it is made with Miyama Nishiki sake rice from Nagano Prefecture, which has been shaved around 40% of the rice.
It is not overly sweet and can be enjoyed hot or cold.
 
The sweetness of amazake comes from glucose derived from rice, and the ingredients are only rice and water.
Additives such as sugar are not used at all.
It contains plenty of vitamin B, vitamin B2, folic acid, and glucose, and is said to be so nutritious that it is called a drinking drip.
 
Since it is non-alcoholic, it is recommended for a wide range of people, including children, pregnant women, and the elderly.
