We use ginjo brewing to create a fragrant, gorgeous finish, and then bottle the sake as is.

Ingredients: Rice (produced in Nagano Prefecture), rice malt (produced in Nagano Prefecture)
Rice polishing ratio: 55%
Alcohol content: 15%

Please store in the refrigerator and consume as soon as possible after opening.
