We have created a pure rice ginjo sake using Yamadanishiki rice grown in Saku City, Nagano Prefecture.

It has an elegant aroma and a well-balanced, savory taste.

Raw rice: 100% Yamadanishiki rice from Nagano Prefecture

Rice polishing ratio: 59%

Alcohol content: 16%
