This Junmai Daiginjo sake was created with the desire to make the finest sake using local rice.

Using 100% Miyama Nishiki from Nagano Prefecture, it is fermented at a low temperature during the extremely cold season with the aim of achieving a clean and beautiful taste.

It is a limited brewing product with only one tank.



Scent: Gorgeous, melon cream soda-like scent.

Taste: Refreshing, dry, with a sharp aftertaste, faintly sweet, cold ◎, before and during meals◎



Item: Sake (junmai daiginjo sake)

Ingredients: rice, rice koji

Raw material rice: 100% Miyama Nishiki from Nagano Prefecture

Rice polishing ratio: 49%

Alcohol content: 15 degrees

  • Storage method

    Store in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and consume as soon as possible after opening.
